Founder & Managing Partner 
Ramesh is the Founder and Managing Partner at Svaru Consulting, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience across Asia and the Middle East, specializing in driving business and operational excellence.
A seasoned catalyst for organizational transformation, he excels in implementing frameworks such as Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, Lean, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM including Operational Risk Framework),Data Quality Management Framework (DQMF) and AI / ML Accelerator.
With core proficiency in the banking and financial services sector, Ramesh has successfully led 800+ improvement projects, delivering certified cost-saving solutions totalling around 65 million USD.
As a disruptor, he implemented AI & ML tools, publishing a game-changing white paper on enhancing risk optimization in banking.
A Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and leader in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Intelligent Process Automation (IPA), Ramesh has trained 1500+ professionals and serves as a visiting faculty / mentor at SIES School of Management Studies in Mumbai.
He holds a BSC (Mathematics) from Mumbai University, an Executive MBA from IIM – Calcutta, and a Post Graduate in Artificial Intelligence for Leaders from The University of Texas, Austin.

Functional Lean Transformation: Led the functional Lean transformation of shared services at Honeywell, overseeing the consolidation, digitization, and outsourcing of business service processes in IT, Finance, and HR information services, yielding more than 5 million USD in cost savings.
Coaching and Mentoring: Provided coaching, mentoring, training, and certification to over 100 Black Belts and Lean experts across various Honeywell business groups. Successfully deployed Lean for Leaders program in the Asia Pacific region, driving a positive business impact of 20 million USD.
